It’s not one of those X versus Y-type mixes, but the Colder Mix of Clean certainly has a mash-up element to it.
Mixed by the French DJ and producer of the same name for the Remixes 81-04 album, this version of Clean has the trademark rhythm from Personal Jesus throughout.
Not sure it really works (unlike this wonderful bare version of Clean), but someone clearly likes it given its inclusion on the mix album.
